What this site is for
The site describes our sober living homes so that prospective clients, their families, and referral partners can decide whether to get in touch. It is general information. It is not medical, clinical, or legal advice, and it does not create any professional relationship between you and us.
No emergency use
Do not use this website to report an emergency. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. If someone is thinking about suicide, call or text 988. For 24-hour treatment referrals, call SAMHSA at 1-800-662-4357. We do not monitor the referral form around the clock and cannot respond to urgent situations through it.
Making a referral
- Submitting the form starts a conversation. It is not an application, and it is not an offer or guarantee of a bed.
- Admission depends on screening, available space, documentation, funding, and a judgment about whether our homes are a suitable and safe placement. We may decline a referral.
- By submitting a referral on someone else's behalf, you confirm that you are authorized to share the information you are sending.
- Please give accurate information. A placement built on an incomplete picture tends to fail, and that costs the person time they do not have.
- Do not include diagnoses, medication lists, test results, or other health information in the form. It is not a secure channel.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but bed availability, program details, and policies change. Nothing here is a binding commitment. Rates, house rules, and the terms of any placement are confirmed in writing before admission, and those written terms govern — not this website.
We do not promise the site will always be available or free of error, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, abusive, or unlawful content through the form
- Do not use the site to send bulk or automated submissions
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or the server behind it
- Do not copy the site's text, photographs, or design for your own use without permission

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
